Room reservations

DEAR RESIDENTS

Room reservations may be made on the 19th and 20th June 2018 at Residents Councils of individual Student Residence Halls according to the following time schedule:

  • 19th June
    from 17:00 to 19:00 – residents who wish to stay in their rooms,
    from 19:00 to 20:30 – residents whose room units have been excluded from reservation,
  • 20th June
    from 18:00 to 20:30 – remaining persons

IN ORDER TO OBTAIN MORE DETAILED INFORMATION ON ROOM RESERVATIONS, PLEASE CONTACT RESIDENTS COUNCILS OF INDIVIDUAL STUDENT RESIDENCE HALLS
